[TS2] Sim Bin NPCs

Overview
I've recently made this really tiny plugin for Sims2RPC - It tells NPC generation to use custom Sims saved to the Sim Bin if possible, rather than Nightlife downtownies.
This does mean you will need a decent amount of custom Sims saved for best results, otherwise a lot of NPCs will repeat, it won't use the premade Sim Bin Sims that come with the game.
Installation
With Sims2RPC installed, head to (Your Sims 2 Installation)/Fun with Pets/SP9/TSBin/mods, and paste SimBinNPCs.asi inside the folder.
You might want to head to your Base game install folder and delete or rename the N001 folder inside TSData/Res/UserData/Neighborhoods, this way when you create a new Neighborhood the game will generate new NPCs rather than copy them from Pleasantview.
Launch the game using Sims2RPC for the mod to take effect.
Usage
When creating a new neighborhood with this mod installed, NPCs will generate using the appearance of custom Sims saved into the Sim Bin.
Also applies to NPCs generated using the NPC & Townie Maker.
The usage is pretty niche, but I do hope it comes in handy. Happy holidays!
