Glance 2.1 + MacGruber's Life compatibility!

Glance 2, already? Yep! There's a load of improvements to behavior and integration, and thanks to MacGruber it now works with Life! Glance strength is head-driven eye behavior and Gaze (the plugin in Life that handles head and eye movement) can now be use to drive Glance. This means you get the best of both worlds :)

The improvements list can be found here but the main things are:

- You can add a GlanceTarget on atoms you want to look at, and control each atom's weight
- You can use manual mode to only target atoms you added GlanceTarget to
- Improved UI with title sections
- Improved behavior for objects entering the field of view
- Prioritize objects in the center of the field of view (along with distance and weight)
