S1E4: A Dog's Day - Intern Access

A few things to keep in mind:
- This is the last time you'll need to download all of S1E1-E4. From now on the file structure of the game will allow for episode by episode releases
- There have been a few bug fixes and little changes to E1, E2 & E3, so although most save games should be compatible, some might break (sorry - you'll have to enjoy replaying E1-E3 all over again!)
- I have compressed the images more, to keep this download as small as possible (E4 is the size of E1-E3 combined)
