Rick was glad Alex arranged the party for Tyler. Ever since her kidnapping ordeal, Tyler had been more withdrawn, lacking the gung-ho attitude she used to show in her work. Hopefully, the party can cheer her up back to her usual self.

Glasses and bottle in hand, Rick sought out the two ladies. The wine was pretty good, and he intend to keep the group properly drunk throughout the night. Catching them at the balcony, what Rick saw dispelled his drunken haze.

Tyler and Alex were in a tight embrace, their hands roaming around each other's back while their lips were sealed together in hungry kisses.

Rick stared for an impolite amount of time before his mind rebooted itself, backing away quietly. Not that the lovebirds gave him any notice. It seems that Alex had another motive for this party, Rick mused.

Loudly declaring that it’s late and they should be going, Rick ushered the rest of the guests and himself out from the apartment. Amelie wanted to say farewells, but Rick stopped her, saying it’s better not to disturb them.

Tyler was slightly aware of Rick, and is thankful for his thoughtfulness, but her tipsy mind is now more occupied on the bundle of warmth in her hands.

After her confession, Alex had leaped in for the kiss, and Tyler naturally reciprocated. Their mouths still tasted like wine, and Tyler found herself eagerly tasting/sucking on Alex’s tongue.

Alex’s words warmed her heart. Tyler had always considered her as a best friend, and have known of her lesbian tendencies. Before this, Tyler wouldn’t have considered taking Alex as a romantic partner, but now Tyler’s new body feels very turned on by her advances.

The pair broke off their kiss, only after Alex ran out of breathe. “I love you, too. Alex”, the words came easily from Tyler’s lips, and Alex responded by hugging her tight, savoring the moment. Tyler returned the favor, thinking how nice it would be to wrap themselves up comfortably.

Yes, she’ll make a good partner/drone, the thought came unbidden, and only then Tyler noticed her hair beginning to wrap themselves around Alex.
