Did you choose to install all ReShade or pointed the ReShade to the .ini file provided here (latter is recommended)? What's your GTA V Enhanced version number? Steam version? I have it free from XBox Game Pass Ultimate but could NOT get it to run modded from Xbox/Microsoft Store. Bought it on Steam <3
