Xu Shangyu

Xu Shangwu's younger sister, Shangyu, from the Zhe'rong region. Like her sister, she used to be a member of the Zhe'rong Armed Forces, until she was noticed and selected by Blue Heaven to become an Envoy, now directly serving the Engine (Her enhancement type is the same as Nana and Yesemo's: enhanced perceptions marked by the vertical banner tattoo).

Meal Break

Nightingales taking a meal break at a small Yanrong town during patrol.

The food they're having is a Yanrong snack, different fillings and broths are served with thin wraps made from rice, one can choose the fillings they like and after they've finished wrapping, they'll pour a spoonful of broth into it and eat it immediately before making the next one.

Site 233 - Kanli Proving Ground

A UDD facility repurposed from a commercial airport retired decades ago, located near an abandoned satellite town of the old capital (current day Kanli region).

Outflows of population out of smaller towns and into megacities/city groups were already ongoing before Blue Heaven's takeover, construction of the Engine only accelerated the process and redirected movement of people and capital ...

Kiri's one-pager (PID=91812707) might be somehow misleading, she's not an example of any specific unit, so instead of a unit introduction, I just wrote about Envoys in general. I later realised it might be creating the impression of Envoys being an organisation similar to Nightingales or Yulin, so here's a clarification: "Envoys", as the description says, is just a term describing people chosen...

Her weapon is a semi-fictional variant of the CS/LS7 submachine gun with an integrated suppressor similar to the MP5SD.
