So I've recently decided to upgrade my default ukulele with something a bit more hardcore! I saw this electric Ukulele and it totally drew me towards it like a moth to flame!

This is coming along beautifully and should be complete very soon!
Kentaro didn't get this muscly by pushing waits alone! To get big muscle you need protein! And do you know where there's plenty of protein?

Wow this is coming along great and i was hoping to be able to complete this for today but I the tentacles are taking a lot longer that I expected! So without rushing for today I'm expecting this to be complete this weekend!

This was a pretty interesting shoot to do in that the lighting should be what i really wanted - but I think I may have over done it and it got a bit boring towards the end! Variety is the spice of life! In fact i took over 170 pictures in this shoot! So i definitely had to curate 20 for the series! So there will be many to show in next months Best of Lens and Extras.

So a few weeks back we were hit by a typhoon, it was also the same day that we were meant to go to Water World Adventure! Fortunately for us the tickets were rescheduled and it was by far a much sunnier day this week!
I had so much fun with some of my besties! And I managed to capture some pretty awesome moments with my 360 camera !!

Sometimes you have to go back to basics - this includes lighting!
This is not so much a 5050 as it is a test for lighting and camera setups! I love this blue vs warm lighting! Its really makes everything pop out in a beautiful way!
And I have to admit though this has some of my favorite images I've ever done! Personally this image tops it all!

I've personally had a pretty bad week! Its just been a lot of aggravatingly disappointing hard work with painting up the sculpture. And its been super tough dealing with a client and their freelance work!
Its' really put me in a bad mood and artist block at the moment. So much that tired gone back to basic and started on a drawing instead!

This set was sooo hard to get right and even now I'm not completely happy with it - but there's some very interesting quality of the sharpness of the images.
The problem with the set up was that the lighting from the party lights caused the camera to lose focus - so many of the images weren't even useable.
The slightly longer exposure also made it very hard to stay still...
